Ok,I'll get it started with our standard smoothie recipe. A tall glass of this after a tough multi-hour workout really hits the spot, and you'll be ready to go for it again the next day.
Blend together the following and pour into a tall glass: +Milk - a cup or so +yoghurt - about 1/2 cup (Greek is best) +protein powder - 1 scoop +frozen banana (or fresh - both are fine) +frozen fruit (blue berries,strawberries, peaches...whatever you have) +peanutbutter - a spoonful

1 cup skim milk
1 scoop whey protein powder
1 small fresh banana
1 Tbsp flax seed meal
1 Tbsp peanut butter
3-6 ice cubes
Blend ingredients together...yummy!!
